We need Lances!

At the time of this posting we currently have eleven Pilots listed on site, with two confirmed Lances. While we're one short of a third full Lance, there's no reason not to have it set up now. The Four Horsemen is currently full, but Order Lance needs some fleshing out. So here is what I need:

One pilot willing to take command of a the Third Lance. Said pilot will need to be able to coordinate with the other two Lance leaders, namely myself and Niun, as well as handle the logistics of his own Lance. Someone with at least minor leadership experience would be preferred.

Three pilots for Order Lance. I've got a couple of men in mind, but I'd like to see who is interested in the Command position first.

Update here. As of this post, we have three complete Lances, minus one where one member of the Four Horsemen hasn't joined the site yet. We still have several pilots who have not joined a Lance yet, and we will need another Lance leader for the fourth Lance.

We've currently got two Strike Lances, one of which is comprised of more heavy units, the other of which is (to my knowledge) designed to be a fast Strike unit. My Command unit is comprised of myself, where I will likely be performing a scout/defensive role, two Fire Support 'Mechs, and one Strike ''Mech.

Due to our current composition, we need Lances with a focus on scouting, defense, or fire support.

Here to fill any position you need. I'm good with strategy but pretty new to Mechs in general, so there may be others more qualified to a leadership position than myself for that reason. The only thing I may have trouble with is Scouting, if World of Tanks is any indication. In any case, I'm happy to do whatever will be best for advancing our position.

I can take control of the 4th Lance. I`m not saying i`m better, but am willing to prove i`m worthy.

I`m a long time ''Mech pilot, and know my way around them, along with their tactics and strengths/weaknesses. I`m good at reading a situation quick and turning it around before everything goes to sh*t. I also am a instinct warrior and know when to push and when to pull back. But i`m a more defensive player and reserve what i have to make bigger pushes after we bear the assualt. I kill what i cant keep, and steal what i cant take, so i`m willing to do anything. I`m a survivalist when needed, and a follower when given orders. If i see a better way to do something I speak up, and am willing to take a hit or two for my opinion to get across. I`m not above breaking orders if its pure insanity and suicide, other than in covering evacuations of fellow team members, and will do so if made. I dont believe in the live to fight another day. If you cant fight today then you cant tomorrow nor ever. But a tactical retreat is acceptable if it comes to that. I`m a stalwart player and hold the ground no matter the cost, and dont go down without taking a few with me. As a leader I would hold my Lance to be the best it can and hold it to push harder than the rest. I will keep all my lancemates in check, but am willing to allow them free opinion and hide nothing from them.

And this is why i believe i`m worthy to be Lance leader of the 4th Lance, wether it be any role.

I've got an idea for a Lance name . Since you are wanting to avoid having nothing but 'apocalyptic' names, why not go for a name for protection, the main duty of a soldier?
I was thinking something along the lines of "The Dragon Shield". Another option would be "The Tower Guard", or perhaps "The Kings Men". Anyways, just suggestions.
